IMC completed corn harvesting corn
Bunker yield of corn amounted at 7.3 t/ha, which is 28% greater than the average amount in Ukraine (according to information of Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine as of December 14, 2015 average corn yields in Ukraine totaled at 5.68 t/ha on 99% of the harvesting areas). The yield of corn in the IMC in 2015 declined by 10% compared with the previous year, due to dry weather during the summer months. Corn in the IMK was collected from the area of 74.8 thousand. HA, gross yield was about 548 thousand tones in bunker weight. About 30% of the corn crop is already contracted.
