Hop growing industry to get 22% more funding in 2010
The government is planning to allocate UAH 92.25mn (EUR 7.37mn USD 10.85mn) for the development of the hop growing industry in 2010, 22% more than in 2009, according to the 2010 state budget project. Hop plantations are to expand by 300 hectares. The industry will be funded with the money from 1% duty from wholesale and retail sales of alcoholic drinks.
