Government to launch dairy market support program end Jun
Government is going to start implementing Ukrainian dairy products output support program by end Jun 2009, reported Premier Yuliya Tymoshenko within Kyiv May 23/09 Government open meeting.
“This program will be launched in 1 or 1,5 months, not later. So far, talks are successful, so that we can properly pay for all necessary measures,” declared Premier.
As to Tymoshenko, in order to support Ukrainian dairy market, now Cabinet holds talks (targeted at refrigerators milk tankers/milk initial processing mini-combines purchasing) with Japanese corporations.
“We have elaborated program… Now we hold talks with Japanese big corporations which agree to sell us special 3-5 MT tonnage cooling system milk tankers… Also, we are going to purchase milk initial processing mini-combines,” declared Premier.
Tymoshenko admitted this program will assure more efficient sales of dairy products produced in rural areas in big cities. While speaking about this equipment payment, Premier admitted “financial means will go through special system created to assure payments for Japanese corporations.”
