Fozzy Group plans to increase private label share to 10%
Fozzy Group plans to increase the share of private label goods under Premiya and Polnaya Chasha brands to 10% in its sales structure by the end of 2009. Mikhail Dudnik, the company marketing Vice-President, says private label range is to be expanded with about 100 goods including 70 branded Polnaya Chasha. The group is to sell 800 goods under Premiya brand and about 180 under Polnaya Chasha. Private label share grew form 7% to 8% in January - September 2009. Total sales increased 10-15% y/y in ten months. Fozzy Group is developing Silpo retail chain, Fozzy cash & carry hypermarkets, Fora and Boomy convenience store chains, Belaya Romashka pharmaceutical supermarkets, Bud Zdorov pharmacies and Ringoo personal electronics stores.
