EU to lend Ukraine 500 mln euros
The European Commission proposed to European Union governments on Friday to lend Ukraine up to 500 million euros ($741 million) and Bosnia and Herzegovina 100 million euros to help them battle the economic crisis. The loans would be paid in two instalments, the EU's executive Commission said in a statement.
