EU commissioner: Ukrainians to see changes a year after signing Association Agreement
Ukrainians will see positive changes from the Association Agreement with the European Union a year after the document is signed, European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht has said.
A year after the introduction of the provisions of the agreement begins ordinary Ukrainians will feel that something has changed and that new prospects are opening up. I believe that it will be so, he said live on Channel 5.
As reported, the Association Agreement, including a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, is to be signed at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius in November.
