Engineers at agriculture enterprises will get from 10 thousand UAH
Modern engineering enterprises will pay European salaries. Thus, the leaders of the Scientific and Production Enterprise “Kherson Engineering Plant” LLC stimulates workers to complete free training and get salary starting from 10 thousand UAH. Agricultural engineering enterprises staffing and technical modernization is the necessary condition to develop the industry. That is why the Ministry of the Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine provides measures concerning domestic engineering sector investment attraction increase, its technical modernization and highly qualified specialist attraction.
According to Oleksandr Hryhorovych, the Head of the Engineering and Technical Department domestic engineering enterprise investment attraction improvement by innovation technique and equipment stimulates young people to become engineers. Currently, Scientific and Production Enterprise “Kherson Engineering Plant” LLC proposes engineers to develop their knowledge by free training and then get high salaries. In particular, engineers will get about 10 thousand UAH, managers and constructors even more then 20 thousand UAH. Besides, the enterprise provides full social packet with official job placement and career promotion.
It should be mentioned that the Engineering and Technical Department has worked out an agricultural engineering development plan for the agro industrial complex of Ukraine.
