ED&F Man becomes 100% owner of Ukrainian Sugar Company
The UK-based ED&F Man has become the 100% owner of Ukrainian Sugar Company possessing Zaselsky sugar mill. The group Tekt agreed to sell its 24.99% of shares, as well as a part of equipment and a railway branch of the sugar mill. The parties agreed not to disclose details of the deal.
