Dakor and Land West unite into Dakor Agro Holding
The agricultural holding Land West specialising in growing cereals and oil-bearing crops, and a large sugar manufacturer Dakor have accomplished merger of assets. The new company called Dakor Agro Holding is registered in Cyprus. The businessman Danil Korilkevich possesses 75.81% stake in the company. Capital of Land West accounted for 20% of property of Dakor Agro Holiding, while Dakor's for 80%.
