Agro-Trade buys shares of two agricultural establishments
The Kharkov-based company Agro-Trade, which specializes in wholesale trading of sunflower oil, grain crops, buckwheat and flour, will obtain controlling stakes in two agricultural establishments in the Chernigov region, Prokhorskoe and Zlagoda. The transaction was approved by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Both establishments grow grain and oilseed crops.
