Agricultural production growth rates can reach 3-3.5% in 2010 - expert
Final agricultural production growth rates in 2010 can reach 3-3.5%, Head of the information-analytical center FOREX CLUB Mykola Ivchenko has said.
According to him, rising of prices for meat and meat products in February can be 0.5%, for eggs - 1.5-2%.
Total agricultural production in January 2010 against January 2009 grew by 5.4%. Increase of this index was promoted by a traditional increase of animal products in the winter period.
Production of meat and poultry increased by 0.9% against January 2009, eggs - by 2.9%.
