Agricultural holding Astarta takes USD 10mln credit for agricultural machinery
The largest in Ukraine sugar producer Astarta Holding invests USD 10 million of credit resources into purchasing 90 units of imported agricultural machinery ahead of the sowing campaign 2010.
As the company informed, the agricultural holding plans to purchase modern agricultural machinery and equipment from leading producers of the European Union and the USA, such as Amity Technology, Wil-Rich, Fendt, Claas, Manitou, and others.
The holding also plans till 2010 end to purchase over 100 units of agricultural machinery made in Ukraine and the CIS countries.
The agricultural holding Astarta unites five regional subdivisions. The main activity is sugar production, as well as growing of grain crops and oil-bearing cultures, production of meat and milk.
