Agrarians Jan-Sept wheat sales up 41.2%, to 10.718 mn MT
As to State Statistics Committee report, in Jan-Sept 2009 agricultural companies have boosted wheat sales to 10.718 mn MT, up 3.125 mn MT
(+ 41.2%) against Jan-Sept 2008.
As for Jan-Sept 2009 wheat sales structure, agrarians have sold 3.5% total wheat to processors; 1% was given to population (incl. public catering system) on account of salaries and 3.5% − to shareholders on account of land plots/property shares rental payment.
As to Committee, 7.5% wheat were sold on markets, 82.7% – through other trade channels.
As to report, in Jan-Sept 2008 agrarians sold 7.593 mn MT wheat.
As to Agro Perspective earlier report, in Jan-Aug 2009 companies had raised wheat sales to 8.51 mn MT, up 3.165 mn MT (+ 59.2%) against Jan-Aug 2008.
