Agrarians Jan-Sept grapes sales up 59.8%, to 92,330 MT
As to State Statistics Committee report, in Jan-Sept 2009 agricultural companies have lifted grapes sales to 92,330 MT, up 34,561 MT
(+ 59.8%) as of Jan-Sept 2008.
As for Jan-Sept 2009 grapes sales structure, agrarians have sold 25% total grapes to processing companies; 0.1% were given to population (incl. public catering system) on account of salaries.
12% were sold on markets (62.9% - through other trade channels).
As to report, in Jan-Sept 2008 agrarians sold 57,769 MT grapes.
As to Agro Perspective earlier report, in Jan-Aug 2009 agricultural companies had enhanced grapes sales to 14,171 MT, up 5,396 MT (+ 61.5%) as of Jan-Aug 2008.
