Agrarian fund gets permission to purchase grain pledged as collateral
The government permitted the Agrarian Fund to purchase grain in 2009/2010 marketing year that was pledged as collateral for extended budgetary loans within the frames of the regime of state purchases of grain pledged as collateral.
Purchases will be carried out according to average weighted prices that formed over recent three trading sessions at the Agrarian Exchange and commodity exchanges certified by it on the date of taking a decision about the purchase.
