18 regions Jan cheese prices up 0.8-12%, to UAH22,8-34,38 per kg
As to Ministry of Economics representative, within Jan 2010 retail sale network cheese prices have strengthened to UAH22,8–34,38 per kg (up 0.8–12% against Dec 2009) in 18 regions shops. As to representative, Jan 2010 cheese highest (UAH34,38 per kg) prices have been registered in Chernivtsi region shops, while lowest prices (UAH22,8 per kg) − in Zakarpatska region shops. As to Ministry, Jan 2010 markets cheese prices have climbed to UAH19,7–29,35 per kg, up 2–22.4% as of Dec 2009 in 18 regions shops. As to report, Jan 2010 maximal (UAH29,35 per kg) and minimal (UAH17,08 per kg) cheese prices have been registered correspondingly on Lugansk region and Chernivtsi region markets. As to Agro Perspective earlier report, in Dec 2009 retail sale network cheese prices improved to UAH22,1–34,38 per kg (up 0.1–26.4% against Nov 2009) in 26 regions shops. As to Agro Perspective, Dec 2009 markets cheese prices surged to UAH17,08–27 per kg, up 0.5–45% as of Nov 2009 on 25 regions markets; simultaneously, prices lowered to UAH23,25 per kg, down 1% against Nov 2009 on Cherkasy region markets.
