Managing the dairy business - 2017
The Association "Ukrainian agribusiness club" (UCAB) invites you to participate in the first module of Agri Schools "Managing the dairy business - 2017", dedicated to the issues of process equipment, milk quality and hygiene in dairy cattle.
The 1st module will take place on 09-10 February 2017 in the conference room № 5, 5th floor, building №3, Hotel complex Verkhovyna (Kyiv region (Kiev Svyatoshinsky area (Ring Road)v. Petropavlovskaia Borshchagovka, st. Petropavlovskaia 24).
In the framework of the module, it is scheduled a visit to high-tech dairy farm in Zhytomyr region.
During practical and theoretical lessons the following topics will be covered:
- Providing comfortable cattle housing
- System of effective ventilation of livestock buildings
- The influence of a comfortable content on the productivity, health and reproduction of cattle
- The quality of milk
- Quality indicators
- The main factors that affect the quality of milk
- Problems which agriculture produsers face in the production process of quality milk
- Quality control
- Technical conditions of production and preservation of milk of extra quality on the farm
- Milk yield
