Participants: equipment manufacturers, raw material suppliers, project developers, financing institutions, representatives of government and ministries, consulting agencies.

Topics:

Biomass recourses: stockpiling, processing, transportation and supply of biomass produced by forestry, agriculture and public utilities as well as food industry. Energy crops.

Research and development of bioenergy technologies: combustion, gasification, pyrolysis, anaerobic digestion, production and use of biogas from solid domestic waste landfills; technologies of biomass combustion with traditional fuels. Production of liquid biofuels.

Pilot, demonstration and commercial projects using biomass for energy production

Issues on legislation, development strategy for bioenergy. Issues on sustainable development and certification of biofuels.

 Economic, environmental and social aspects of bioenergy technologies.
