PM Yatseniuk predicts launch of duty-free export to EU from May 15
The EU market will open for Ukrainian goods and services from 15 May, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said in Kyiv on Wednesday.
"We have managed to sign the political part of the Association Agreement with the EU. As for the economic part, we decided to take a small break to sign it after the presidential elections. But we have achieved that Europeans have opened for us their markets unilaterally. We hope that the European market will open for Ukrainian goods and services from May 15,” the head of government said.
As Ukrinform reported, on March 21 Ukraine signed a political part of the Association Agreement with the EU.
