Viktor Yanukovych: Country moves on path of controlled, non-conflict development
2012 proved that the current government has put the country on the path of controlled, non-conflict development. This is what President Viktor Yanukovych said at a meeting of the Regions Council, NRCU reports. According to Viktor Yanukovych, the time when the political struggle made its determinative influence on the economy and foreign policy remained in the past, which is proved by the fact that the parliamentary campaign in this country took place in almost all regions of the country in the civilized and democratic manner, said the President. Overall, he called this year «Year of maturity of the Ukrainian state.» This year, according to Viktor Yanukovych, was quite difficult and yet crucial given the prospects of development of all the areas of the state activity. Especially, as he said, it became important for Ukraine, on the international arena. Viktor Yanukovych has promised to shortly approve the National Action Plan for 2013. According to the President, work on drafting the National Action Plan is nearly completed and soon he will approve the document by his decree.
