UkrSpyrt exports half less than planned
The UkrSpyrt state concern of alcohol industry exported last year 4.86 million decaliters of spirit, the press service of the concern reported.
Earlier UkrSpyrt planned to double its exports to 10 million decaliters in 2009.
Companies of the concern sold a total of 27.5 million decaliters of spirit in 2009, including 22.636 million decaliters to home market, which is 1 million decaliters more than in 2008.
UkrSpyrt was set up in 1996 and incorporates 76 state-run distilleries producing over 95% of Ukrainian spirits.
