Ukrprodukt Group reveals financial results for H1 2009
Ukrprodukt Group, one of the major producers of branded dairy products in Ukraine, has announced its financial results for the first half of 2009, Revenue rose by 8.3% year-over-year, to UAH 252.60mn (EUR 20.99mn USD 30.75mn), EBITDA by 4.6% to UAH 19.06mn. After-tax profit dropped by 28.4% to UAH 7.2mn. Sales of hard cheeses, butter, spreads grew by 13.5% to UAH 182.7mn, nonfat milk powder by 2% to UAH 61mn.
The group's financial results in the pound sterling were as follows: revenue totalled GBP 22.08mn (EUR 24.11mn USD 35.32mn), down 6.5%, EBITDA GBR 1.7mn, down 17.5%, after-tax profit GBR 0.6mn, down 38.2%, revenue from sales of hard cheeses, butter, spreads GBR 16mn, down 2.1%, revenue from sales of nonfat milk powder GBR 5.3mn, down 11.9%.
