Ukraine. The Ministry of Economy has prepared a draft regulation on grain exports quotas introduction
Ukraine. The Ministry of Economy has prepared a draft regulation on grain exports quotas introduction in the amount of 2702 KMT till December 31, 2010.
According to the document, the wheat quota will reach 500 KMT, corn quota – 2 MMT, barley quota – 200 KMT. Moreover the government intends to limit rye and buckwheat exports to 1 KMT each.
The document suggests the allocation of quotas in proportion to submitted applications.
The draft regulation may be considered on the today’s meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, on October 12.
