Ukraine: State Food Grain Corporation not to monopolize the grain market

State Food Grain Corporation of Ukraine does not plan to realize any activities, designed for monopolization of the grain market of Ukraine, declared Alexander Lavrinchuk, General Director of the Corporation.
According to A.Lavrinchuk, all activities of State Food Grain Corporation of Ukraine are completely regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers, and norms of the Ukrainian law, which exclude establishing of the monopoly rights of any market participant. State Food Grain Corporation of Ukraine is not the monopolist. The Corporation does not have the aim to conquer the monopolistic position on the grain market, but plans to work in the terms of the healthy competition with other participants of the food products market..
Moreover, in the nearest future the company is planned to provide corporatisation and transformation into a joint-stock company with the possible selling of own blocks of stocks to investors.
