Ukraine. In September 2010, consumer prices rose by 2.9%, the State Statistics Committee says
The prices for foodstuffs and beverage foods in September grew by 4.4% and for clothes and footwear - by 0.4%, utility services - by 0.2%, for services related to health protection - by 0.6% and for education - by 7.6%. In January-September, inflation made up 7.4%.
Against September 2009, in September 2010 consumer prices grew by 10.5%. To remind, in August inflation amounted to 1.2%, in January-August - 4.3%. In 2009, inflation made up 12.3%, in 2008 - 22.3%. The Cabinet forecasts the GDP growth at 3.7% and inflation (December against December) 13.1% in 2010.
