The Agrarian Policy Ministry proposes to ban cash settlements for grain, Agrarian Policy Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk told the Ukrainian Grain Congress in Kyiv.
"We propose to ban cash settlements for grain, and we will do this," Prysiazhniuk has said. According to him, this levels the issue on the VAT refund. "The ingoing VAT will be 20%, the outgoing - 12%", - according to him. "We will simplify the trading system and will make it more civilized," the Minister is convinced. According to him, Ukraine sooner or later will come to the exchange trading in agricultural products and this direction requires much efforts both on the part of the state and business structures.
