State Statistics Committee: as of Sept 1, agrarians harvested 990,400 MT winter rye
As to State Statistics Committee report, as of Sept 01/09, agrarians have harvested 990,400 MT winter rye (down 9.2% against Sept 01/08).
As to Committee, winter rye has been harvested at 456,300 ha, up 0.6% as of Sept 01/08.
As to report, this year winter rye average yield is 21,7 metric centners per ha (down 2,3 metric centners per ha against last year).
As to Agro Perspective earlier report, as of Jul 31/09, agrarians harvested 318,700 MT winter rye (up 0.4% against Jul 31/08).
As to Agro Perspective, 2008 winter rye crop totaled 1,050.600 MT (in terms of weight after additional processing), up 488,100 MT (+ 86.8%) against 2007.
2007 winter rye crop totaled 562,500 MT (in terms of weight after additional processing), down 2,100 MT (- 3.6%) as of 2006.
