No need to impose export duties on grains in Russia - Zubkov
Russia may impose export duties on grains, if the price of wheat of class 3 and 4 will rise by about 1 000 RUR - to 6 500 RUR/t, said the First Deputy Prime Minister, Viktor Zubkov.
Remind, on June 17, Zubkov said that the government does not consider the possibility of imposing "floating" duties on grain exports.
"We've already talked about it, no big secret there - if the price suddenly totals 6 500 RUR/t of wheat 3-4 class, it is possible", - said Victor Zubkov on 23 June, answering journalists' questions, in what case Russia may impose the export duties on grains.
The first vice-premier noted that the present price is much lower - by about 1 000 RUR/t "There is no need to impose export duties on grains," - he said on the sidelines of the Fifth Congress of the Russian agrarian movement.
