Nibulon to lease 30 trucks for grain transport
Nibulon announced on Jan. 20 that it would expand the company's truck fleet by 30 heavy trucks.
The company said MAN, Germany and DAF, the Netherlands will supply the trucks. Nibulon said it would lease the trucks for five years. The company said it decided to expand the truck fleet in order to expedite delivery of grains from producer to buyers. The company estimated that the expanded truck fleet will allow Nibulon to ship 2,000 tonnes of grain at a time.
The company also said the new trucks would help maintain quality during shipment and merge growing regions under a single system, increasing price of agricultural products by 50-70 UAH per tonne.
