Nestle Ukraine sales up 17% y/y in H1.
Foodmaker Nestle Ukraine raised sales by 17% y/y to UAH 1.42bn (USD 0.18bn) in H1, company announced. In particular, the company saw a 26% y/y growth in the coffee and beverages segment, up to UAH 441mn. Sales volume in the culinary segment went up by 5% y/y to UAH 439mn. In the confectionary segment sales went up by 22% y/y to UAH 265mn. Pet food sales grew by 24% to UAH 98mn, snacks sales by 9% to UAH 56mn. Nestle owns the Lviv-based Svitoch confectionery factory (a 96.89% stake) and the Volyn Holding company (100%).
