Moratorium on farm land purchase/sale may be extended till January 1, 2012
The Verkhovna Rada has passed in the first reading a bill to amend the Transitional Provisions of the Land Code (regarding the land plot sale term).
The document envisages the extension of term of a ban for bringing the right on the land share into the authorized fund of economic entities till January 1, 2012.
The bailout law is currently operating in Ukraine to overcome the effect of the global financial turmoil in agro-industrial sector.
