Milk Alliance expands assortment of cheese Molochny Shlyakh
Assortment of the holding Milk Alliance has been expanded with new kinds of cheese under the trademark Molochny Shlyakh: mozzarella, Cheddar and suluguni. Aggregate output of new kinds of cheese manufactured by Pyryatynsky dairy plant (a part of the holding) is planned to amount to 80-100 tons per month. The holding hopes that expansion of the assortment will allow it to raise total sales of cheese under the trademark Molochny Shlyakh by 5%. The holding estimates its share in output of cheese in Ukraine at 21%.
