Less dairy products made
The production of milk, butter, spread and cheese in January - October largely reduced, the State Statistics Committee says.
Thus, the output of treated liquid milk fell by 5.1% to 698,300 tons against 736,500 tons over the like 2008 period.
The production of butter reduced by 12.6% to 70,900 tons against 81,100 tons; spreads by 7% to 65,600 tons against 72,600 tons; fresh unfermented cheese by 8.4% to 77,900 tons against 85,100 tons; and high-fat cheese by 6.5% to 216,000 tons against 231,400 tons.
