"Khleb Ukrainy" worked out the plan for recovery of the company during a year
The state stock company "Khleb Ukrainy" worked out the plan for financial recovery of the company, which proposes overcoming the current situation during one year.
According to the news release of the company from April 21, the plan proposes the restructuring of governmental debts of the company and providing the possibility to increase own circulating assets through attraction of new investments and credits of commercial banks.
Thus, the company plans to found the national grain trader on own basis, which would effectively influence on the price situation on the market of grains and the grain export situation.
According to the news release, during 2002-2007 period "Khleb Ukrainy" was completely removed from the governmental regulation of the market of grains, and other private grain trading companies used the situation to speculate in the price policy.
As a reminder, the Ministry Cabinet of Ukraine considers the possibility to found the united structure for realization of the governmental policy on the grain market through the integration of the Agrarian Fund and the state stock company "Khleb Ukrainy".
