Kazakhstan: in April, the sea port Aktau shipped nearly 41 thsd tons of grains
In April 2009, Aktau international sea trading port shipped 906.500 tons of dry and oil-loading cargoes, which totaled 101.4% from the planned indices, declared the media-department of the port on May 7.
The port also shipped 40.800 tons of grains, which totaled 107.4% from the plan.
During four months of 2009, Aktau international sea trading port processed over 4.16 mln tons of dry and oil-loading cargoes or 115.6% from the plan.
At the same time, the general shipment of dry cargoes totaled 441.900 tons, including grain shipment – 98.700 tons. During the period, the port processed 597 vessels.
