Capitalization of the Ukrainian agricultural companies keeps growing
Total capitalization of the Ukrainian public agricultural companies quoted on the international stock exchanges as of 18 April 2017 amounted to USD 3.3 billion that is by 19.5% more than at the beginning of this year (+ USD 542 million).
If comparing with the beginning of April 2017, the total capitalization grew only by 0.5% (+ USD 16 million). The value of MHP company (+ USD 58.1 million) increased the most. The market value of shares of agricultural holding ‘Avangard’ (+ USD 8.3 million) and ‘Agroton’ (+ USD 2.8 million dollars. USA) rose as well.
Rising cost of the Ukrainian agricultural companies is a result of stabilization of the political and macroeconomic situation in the state. In case of maintaining these conditions the further growth of the companies’ value can be expected in the future.
