In 2010/11 MY grain exports from Ukraine totaled 12 mln tonnes – Ministry of Agrarian Policy
In 2010/11 MY (July 2010 – June 2011) grain export volumes from Ukraine totaled 12.037 mln tonnes, declared the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In the reporting period, the country supplied 4.093 mln tonnes of wheat, 2.7 mln tonnes of barley, 38 thsd tonnes of rye on foreign markets. Also, last MY Ukraine exported 5.055 mln tonnes of maize and 149 thsd tonnes of other grain varieties.
In 2009/10 MY Ukraine exported 21 mln tonnes of grains, in 2008/09 MY – 24.5 mln tonnes.
