Group Tekt buys plant Odessakonditer
The group of companies Tekt buys the Odessa-based confectionery plant Odessakonditer. The stake of the new owner in the charter fund of the establishment will account for 90.57%. The transaction is at the stage of completion. A the beginning of 2009m 88.3% of the plant's shares belonged to Vior Trading Company (US). According to owner of Tekt Vadim Grib, the group intends to develop the plant. Particularly, Tekt plans to raise sales and capitalization.
