Government to create special body for work with investors
The Cabinet of Ministers is planning to create a special body that will work with investors.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said this at a government meeting on Thursday.
"The government supports the creation of a specially authorized body for work with investors. We want to organize a modern state investment office that will act as a guide, lawyer and ombudsman for investors who create jobs in Ukraine and bring the Ukrainian industry to the latest technological levels," he said.
Azarov also demanded that Head of the State Service for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Mykhailo Brodsky conduct "energetic work" to support small and medium businesses and added that the government would hear a report on this issue in October.
