Administrative services became cheaper by one third in the sphere of land relations thanks to the fully automated National Cadastre System.

The Media Liaison Department of the Cabinet's Secretariat informs about this.

“I would like to note that thanks to automation, citizens will pay less. Administrative services will be cheaper by almost 30%. Relevant resolution of the government will be published over nearest days,” Chairman of the State Agency of Land Resources Serhiy Tymchenko told a briefing at the Cabinet on Wednesday.

If earlier, citizens have paid UAH 255 for full registration, since January 1, this payment will be only UAH 184 (UAH 65 for registration in the cadastre and UAH 119 - for registration of the title).

“Since now, registration will be held several times quicker, which will finally help liquidate the queues, delays with consideration of documents and other inconveniences, which have been earlier faced by citizens in registration of land plots. And the main thing - a database was created about the lands and different information was gathered about them,” the land agency head summed up.

For the first time in the history of Ukraine, all plots were indicated in the electronic form on the public cadastre map free of charge on-line.

Registration of the land and the title was distributed between the two agencies. Since now on, the land resource bodies register land plots in the cadastre, in other words, they assign a unique cadastre number and open the land records.

Also, the land resource bodies carry out registration of restrictions (water-protection zones, power lines and gas pipelines) and issue extracts from the cadastre free of charge.

Since January 1, the Ukrainian state register received the functions of registration of the title and the permanent use, as well as rent agreements. Instead of the state act, the State Register will issue title reports.
