Cabinet of Ministers toughens up import rules
The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers ordered that importers should provide an invoice copy certified by the customs seal of the importing country. This is expected to help avoid customs payment optimization schemes. Experts doubt that the new import scheme would work as invoice is not seen as a customs document in other countries and is not included in the list of those to be necessarily sealed by the customs.
