As of July 19, Ukraine harvested 15 mln tonnes of grains - N.Prysiazhnyuk
As of July 19, 2011, Ukraine produced 15 mln tonnes of grains, declared Nikolai Prysiazhnyuk, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Generally, the average grain yield in Ukraine is 17% higher compared to the last year, which allows to expect for rather good harvest, especially early grain crops, said N.Prysiazhnyuk. According to the Minister, the good grain harvest will move away from the agiotage that occurred last year.
