EU preparing for four-party meeting to resolve situation in Ukraine
The European Union is actively involved in preparations for a four-party meeting involving the United States, Russia, the EU and Ukraine to resolve the protracted political crisis, NRCU says referring to the Maja Kocijancic, spokeswoman for European Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton, Brussels April 8 report.
Kocijancic again refrained from assessing what is happening in the southeastern regions of Ukraine, noting that Brussels «is assessing the situation.» «We support the territorial integrity, unity and independence of Ukraine, and we call against any kind of further destabilization,» said the representative of the European Commission.
